A typical user of digital services in Russia is a person with higher education and a good financial situation, living in large cities. The majority of respondents (85%) stated that digitalization has affected the comfort of daily life in the last few years.
However, almost half (46%) of respondents expressed concerns about the security of their data, and 40% expressed concern about the inability to assess the quality of goods or services before purchase, as well as potential problems in the absence of the Internet. or system malfunctions.
The survey, conducted on April 28, collected the opinions of 1,600 Russians over the age of 18.
