Positive Technologies will pay 6.5 billion rubles in dividends by 2023 or 99.1 rubles per share. On Wednesday, May 15, the company’s shareholders approved the second part of the dividends, the Positive Technologies press service reported.
Registration to receive dividends will be compiled by the end of the day on May 24 and payments will be made before the end of May.
In April, Positive Technologies shareholders approved the first tranche of dividends for 2023. The company allocated 3.1 billion rubles for payments – 47.3 rubles per share.
On April 17, Positive Technologies shares rose in price for the first time to 3,000 rubles; According to current data, at the time of this publication the company’s securities are trading at 3,052 rubles.
