As for drinks, it is recommended to drink black and green tea.

If you have psoriatic arthritis, you should stay away from fatty and processed meats and sugary foods and drinks.

Caution should be exercised when consuming dairy products (their saturated fats can cause inflammation) and eggplant (they can worsen symptoms).
