MTS introduced a new function for the “Secretary” service. It can convert the typed spoken text into a voice message, which is first heard by the caller.
With its help, you can, for example, talk to a courier if it is not possible to answer the call: the subscriber types text on the screen, and the interlocutor hears a voice response.
In addition, the service improves the convenience of communication and also allows users to talk on the phone with speech and hearing impairments.
Now the AI assistant can take calls itself. After the conversation, it decrypts and sends the call via SMS or Telegram with text and audio recording of the dialogue, identifying spam or a reliable dangerous call.
The message also contains information about the caller: delivery service, colleagues, relatives or administrator regarding appointments somewhere.
The innovation is planned to be launched in the 3rd quarter of 2024.
