An online retailer in Vietnam leaked Asus Vivobook S 15 OLED featuresThe Taiwanese giant’s new laptop equipped with the Snapdragon X Elite chipset. The leak in question was published on X by journalist Roland Quandt, days before the laptop’s official launch event scheduled for May 20.
The Asus Vivobook S 15 OLED is part of Asus’ new series of laptops aimed at performing AI tasks. This will be possible thanks to Qualcomm’s new chipset, which, according to the company, is 4.5 times more powerful than its rivals in AI tasks.

Asus Vivobook S 15 OLED Technical Specifications
As mentioned earlier, the highlight of the new Asus Vivobook is the Snapdragon X Elite chipset, equipped with 12 cores, 8 of which are high-performance and 4 energy-efficient. The base frequency of the chip is 3.4 GHz and can achieve a 4.2 GHz turbo clock with up to 2 cores. This is Qualcomm’s direct answer to Apple M chips and could revolutionize the Windows-based ARM laptop market.
Besides the powerful chip, the new Vivobook S has solid features worthy of a premium model:

- RAM memory: 32GB LPDDR5x;

The Vietnamese store did not publish the price of the Asus Vivobook S 15 OLED, but Quandt reports that the simplest model should cost US$ 1,650 (R$ 8,466), while the more advanced model should cost US$ 2,500 (R$ 12,830).
