We sell AI for data analysis for many businesses today, but I’ve been asking myself this for a while now: sales, marketing, finance, customer service, etc. How is each internal team using AI to transform their business? Deliveries? And more importantly, how might this directly or indirectly affect the quality of service and the development of the product we offer to our customers?
I questioned myself a lot about this issue and created this ordeal in my conversations with leaders. Some teams were already using specific AI tools for each domain, while others were not yet using them. But today, without exception, everyone is using AI to support their deliveries. So what is the consequence of this?
