We are entering Microsoft’s new Copilot+ computer brand. Dell announces five new laptops focused on autonomy and artificial intelligence (AI) processing. Models equipped with processors from the Qualcomm Snapdragon X family promise high performance and close integration with Microsoft Copilot in Windows 11.

There are five models in total: XPS 13 (9345), Inspiron 14, Inspiron 14 Plus, Latitude 7455 and Latitude 5455. However, only two of them will reach the Brazilian marketInspiron 14 Plus and Latitude 5455.

The specifications of the entire set are quite diverse, from intermediate models with Snapdragon X Plus chipset to top-end models with Snapdragon X Elite. But they all promise good energy efficiency and plenty of performance for daily tasks and accelerating programs with AI.

Dell Inspiron 14 Plus

HE The first laptop to reach the national market was Dell Inspiron 14 Plus (7441). The model to be sold here includes a Qualcomm Snapdragon X Plus processor (10 cores) combined with 16 GB RAM with 1 TB storage options with 512 GB or M.2 SSD.

The laptop features a 14-inch Quad HD+ resolution (2560 x 1600p) touch-sensitive IPS LCD display. Again, on the front there is a Full HD resolution (1080p) webcam with Windows Hello support for authentication.

The laptop’s build has room for two USB Type-C ports, one USB-A 3.2, a microSD card reader, and a headphone jack. In case of autonomy, the device promises up to 15 hours of activity.

Dell Latitude 5455

HE Brazilian people will also recognize Dell Latitude 5455, another mid-range Copilot+ PC. The device that will come to Brazil is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon X Plus processor (10 cores).

Dell did not go into detail about the technical details of the laptop, but international media state that the model is similar to its older brother Dell Latitude 7455, which has support for up to 32 GB of RAM and up to 1 TB of storage.

Dell XPS 13, Inspiron 14 and Latitude 7455

The other three models announced this week are not expected to arrive in Brazil. One of the most interesting options in the set is the XPS 13 (9345), equipped with Snapdragon X Elite, up to 64 GB of RAM and up to 2 TB of storage on PCIe SSD. The laptop’s display is 13.4” Full HD+ (1920 x 1200p) or Quad HD+ (2560 x 1600p), both of which are IPS LCD, but only the latter has a touchscreen.

Dell Latitude 7455 has a Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite processor.

Inspiron 14 will have a similar technical table with the Inspiron 14 Plus model that will come to Brazil. Finally, there is the Dell Latitude 7455, which is also powered by the Snapdragon X Elite or X Plus processor, has up to 32 GB of RAM and up to 1 TB of M.2 storage.

Price and availability

Dell hasn’t announced the suggested retail price for all the new models, but the XPS 13 and Inspiron 14 Plus are now available for pre-order. Check the recommended value for international market below:

  • Dell XPS9345: from US$ 1,299 (R$ 6,600);
  • Dell Inspiron 14 Plus: US$ 1,099 (R$ 5.6 thousand).

Now, There is no estimate for the arrival of the models announced for Brazil.However, it is known that the Dell Inspiron 14 Plus (7441) model will be produced in the country and will be offered for sale in ice silver colors and with a lightweight case. Actual prices were not disclosed.
