Microsoft has added an AI image generator based on text descriptions and sketches, Cocreator, to the Paint graphic editor. Last year it was tested by a small group of users and now the feature has been made official, writes Engadget.

At the presentation of the new brand of Copilot+PC laptops with integrated artificial intelligence hardware, a Microsoft representative showed how Cocreator combines the user’s Paint sketches with additional text tracks and creates a complete image from them.

The user can adjust the level of AI intervention in their image, which helps control how much the generator will change the original drawing.
