Unfortunately there is currently no evidence or confirmation that ghosts exist. But even if it seems like you’ve seen one of these, there is a logical explanation.

For example, there is infrasound. The frequency of these sound waves is below 20 Hz perceived by humans. Certain mechanisms (fans, motors), humpback whales and weather conditions can produce these waves. The fact is that such a sound with a frequency of 18 Hz will resonate with the human eye, so you can see something that is not there.

Sometimes a person feels the presence of something paranormal due to a certain state of his consciousness. When they see a ghost, it’s like a waking dream.

Another possible explanation for seeing ghosts is grief. One study found that nearly 60% of widowed people had seen or heard of their deceased loved ones. According to neurologist Oliver Sacks, such hallucinations are part of grief.
