The company “Valuation Technologies”, developer of the real estate valuation service based on artificial intelligence (AI) “Otsenka.tech”, has raised 15 million rubles from business angels. A representative of the project reported this to RB.RU.

Among the investors is business angel Ildar Gamilov, who already invested in the company in early 2023. Otsenka.tech then raised 9 million rubles in a pre-seed round.

The company plans to direct current investments to perfect AI technologies, as well as develop a project for the B2C segment.

Valuation Technologies was founded in 2022. Among its projects is the Otsenka.tech service, which automates the property appraisal process for mortgage loans. The platform allows you to speed up the process of preparing a report by replacing the appraiser with artificial intelligence (it should be noted that the standard process of preparing a report for appraisal companies takes 2 to 5 days).

According to its own data, the company cooperates with developers such as A101, Tochno Group, Dogma, Strana Development, Golos, Ava Group and Suvar Stroit.

A representative of the company Assessment Technologies told RB.RU that the deal was closed in May 2024. The valuation of the company after the round is not disclosed.

According to the Kontur.Focus system, as of January 9, 2024 (latest available data), 54% of the startup is owned by founder Mikhail Chernov and 46% by business angel Ildar Gamilov.

The company’s revenue in 2023 amounted to 726 thousand rubles with a net loss of 7.9 million rubles.
