Tinkoff intends to buy the Central Telegraph building in Moscow to house the Central University, Vedomosti has learned. Fundamental agreements on the agreement have already been reached. Experts estimate the amount of the agreement at 25 billion rubles for the purchase of the building, plus about 12 billion for the reconstruction of the premises.

Tinkoff is negotiating with the Cypriot company Riverstretch Trading & Investments to purchase the Central Telegraph building on Moscow’s Tverskaya Street. Fundamental agreements have been reached on the deal, Vedomosti has learned.
Tinkoff intends to locate the Central University in the telegraph building. The bank launched it in 2023 together with 30 companies. Currently more than 14 thousand square meters have been rented for the university. m in the Ducat Place II business center in Moscow.
