The model uses Xi Jinping’s personal comments and instructions on various aspects of social, economic and political life.
The new LLM is a closed system trained only from approved materials and hosted on secure servers at the China Cyberspace Research Institute, ensuring all data is processed locally.
Although the model is not yet available to the public, it can be used in the future to provide information on topics such as the current state of artificial intelligence or “new and traditional” comparisons.
The move comes as China seeks to use artificial intelligence to strengthen its economy under US restrictions.
