The VOSKHOD Research Institute has successfully completed the certification tests in accordance with the requirements of the Russian FSTEC of the information system of the trusted third party of the national segment of the Russian Federation of the integrated information system of the Eurasian Economic Union (IS DTS ), developed by the VOSKHOD Research Institute by order of the Russian Ministry of Digital Development.
The Russian FSTEC Certificate of Conformity confirms that IS DTS software fully complies with information security requirements.
“The mechanism of a trusted third party allows to guarantee confidence in the cross-border exchange of electronic documents within the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). The TTP verifies the electronic signature, which is used to sign an electronic document at a given time, as part of the electronic interaction of the EAEU member states. In this way, the authenticity and legal significance of electronic documents is confirmed. Now the system has passed the certification tests”, emphasized Maxim Rymar, director of the VOSKHOD Research Institute.
The Integrated Information System (IIS) of the EAEU constitutes a single digital space of the Union. The IIS allows the members of the EAEU (Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Russia) to exchange information in the field of customs regulation, veterinary and phytosanitary control, the circulation of medicines and other areas of integration.
