On the morning of September 14, users complained that orders began to display “cancelled” statuses. This happened even if they had not expired at the time of their issue. On the morning of September 14, market vendors were informed via a special app that due to a technical problem, some buyers’ orders and some sellers’ returns were mistakenly displayed with the status “Canceled.”
“We will restore the correct display of statuses within a day. The money for reverse logistics of goods will be refunded. In the near future, we will fully resolve this situation and provide details,” the sellers were informed.
The company also said that “the order status will be updated to correct it in the near future, after which it can be collected as usual.” As for the funds for the refund, the company promises to return them as soon as possible and the service is being restored.
Earlier, information appeared on social networks that the company had introduced a fee for delivery to the busiest delivery points. You have to pay 200-500 rubles for it. The combined company Wildberries and Russ responded that this service has been available for several years and that no new commissions have been introduced.
