Former Yandex employee and founder of The Question, Tonya Samsonova, launched the startup Exactly.ai in 2022 in London. Thanks to the service, artists can train artificial intelligence to work on their own, as well as create new images using AI in their own style.

Among other things, Exactly.ai allows you to license works by artists for sale to advertising agencies and media outlets. In this way, clients can use the service to create works in the style of a particular author.

Now that the company has raised $4.3 million in the seed round, Speedinvest became the lead investor, GuruDev Capital, InReach Ventures, Cornerstone VC and business angels also participated in the round.

In 2022, Tonya Samsonova left the question and answer service TheQuestion, which she founded and sold to Yandex.
