PJSC Carsharing Russia, operating under the Delimobil brand, announced a list of candidates for election to the board of directors at the annual meeting of shareholders. The list did not include Delimobil’s founder and majority shareholder, Vincenzo Trani.

The car-sharing operator’s materials report that in the new composition of the board of directors, the number of independent participants may increase to four, while the total number of directors will remain the same – nine.
As part of its long-term strategy, the company plans to nominate two new candidates for the board of directors: Daniil Algulyan with “extensive experience in the financial sector and foreign economic activity”, and Denis Charukhin with “legal knowledge and experience successful in corporate governance.”
The founder and majority shareholder of Delimobil, chairman of the company’s board of directors, Vincenzo Trani, has reportedly decided to withdraw his candidacy for the election of the next board of directors.
The company, under the leadership of the management team headed by CEO Elena Bekhtina, will continue to work on the implementation of the company’s strategy.

The new composition of the board of directors will be approved at the annual shareholders meeting on June 24.
