MTS Travel will provide free roaming for foreign hotel reservations on the site from the beginning of April to the end of May 2023 (dates for most reservations can be up to August 31), the company said. The standard package of services for which the client pays in Russia will be spent.
Users will have access to mobile Internet abroad, free reception of incoming and outgoing calls.
The company did not rule out that they will maintain free roaming to book hotels abroad after May 31, if customers show interest in the service.
According to Olga Ziborova, MTS Vice President of Ecosystem Development and Marketing, the new option is “another step towards the formation of a comprehensive product for travelers”, which was conceived within MTS Travel.
MTS Travel launched a reservation service in November 2022. The Bronevik service acquired by MTS Travel in July 2022 provides access to the database of hotels and other facilities.
