Over the past year, almost 80% of companies increased wages. Salary offers increased the most for IT specialists, construction workers, personnel officers, marketing specialists and bank employees. RBC writes about this based on a SuperJob study.

One in ten managers last increased their salary a year or two ago, and 4% of human resources managers admitted they had not increased their salary for more than two years.
Small businesses have been more likely than others to understand salaries over the past six months. Most often it was indexed in IT organizations, logistics companies and trading companies.
At the same time, employers in Moscow and St. Petersburg raised salaries less often than in the country as a whole: 52% and 51% versus 57%.
SuperJob analysts conducted a survey in May in 198 locations across the country among a thousand employees of personnel services and organizations responsible for personnel selection.
