Among the entrepreneurs surveyed, 49% are their own employers, that is, the only employees in their own business. The majority of them (57%) are women.

In a parallel study, Avito Works analysts asked potential entrepreneurs what prevented them from starting their business and it turned out that the reasons were similar.
