A structure associated with the Polyplastic group acquired a 25% stake in Intellectual Construction Solutions LLC, which manages the QMonitoring service. A QMonitoring representative reported this to RB.RU.
The valuation of QMonitoring as a result of the transaction amounted to more than 200 million rubles, the company reported. As part of the agreement, QMonitoring will provide construction sites for the implementation of its own video analysis system and will provide the opportunity to test the technology in this niche.
The QMonitoring solution allows you to automatically monitor the performance of builders and special teams, linking these indicators with the construction plan and tasks on the construction site. The system allows you to reduce downtime costs by up to 60% and construction control costs by up to 30%.
QLab co-founder Daniil Kruchinin launched an AI-based video analytics system for construction monitoring, QMonitoring, in February 2024. According to current data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, 44.05% of the capital of Intellectual Construction Solutions LLC belongs to Kruchinin and the company’s general director Arkady Froimchuk, 11.9% is owned by Matrix LLC.
