LeadPlan offers the ability to create widgets and popups without having to write program code.
The purpose of the agreement is to provide clients with additional tools to build a subscriber base and increase the conversion of website visitors.
As the company clarified to RB.RU, the agreement included software, a trademark, a domain and a website.
“At the same time, a partnership agreement has been concluded with the seller, according to which it has the right to continue providing access to the service to its former customers under the old contracts. All new registrations are already subject to the conclusion of an offer from the new owner, PISMO LLC,” the company added.
How LeadPlan works
The user can select a widget from a list of ready-made solutions and then style it in the desired style, select a font, create text and place a pop-up form on the site. Based on the specified parameters, the service will issue a ready-to-use code. The service also allows you to split test subscription forms to evaluate the impact on the audience.
Although LeadPlan is now part of the Pismo LLC structure (a legal entity of DashaMail), it will continue to operate as an independent service.
DashaMail expects to recover the investment in two years.
Pismo LLC was registered in March 2016 in St. Petersburg. Currently, there are six people among the founders and participants, as can be seen from Kontur.Focus data.
At the end of 2023, the company earned 111.8 million rubles of revenue, up from 83.9 million rubles the previous year. Profit in 2023 amounted to 42.7 million rubles, compared to 31.2 million rubles in 2022.
