He noted that the consumption rate depends on the type of meat. According to the nutritionist, lean diet meats are allowed to be eaten every day, but fatty meats are recommended not to be consumed more than twice a week.

“Fat content between 5 and 18 grams is considered moderate and is good for occasional consumption two to four times a week. “Meats with a fat content of more than 18 grams – this is the same meat in layers – cannot be consumed more than once or twice a week,” the doctor emphasized.
