The first ten Sber ATMs began operating in the Donetsk People’s Republic and the Luhansk People’s Republic.

They have been put into operation in Donetsk, Lugansk and Makeevka. Details were provided by SPIEF’s Sber press service.
“The service on Sber devices is possible using a card, biometric data, and also using a smartphone through SberBank Online using a QR code. Sber does not charge a commission for withdrawing and depositing cash at its ATMs, both with Sber cards and cards from other banks,” the company clarified to RB.RU.
Please note that by July 1, the total number of Sber ATMs in these regions of Russia will reach 50 devices; ATMs will mainly be installed in Donetsk and Lugansk.
Meanwhile, five ATMs operate in Lugansk at the following addresses: Shcherbakova block, 6; block Irina Levchenko, 12B; Lugansk, street. Queen, 78; October 50th Anniversary Quarter, 23B; street. Luganskaya Pravda Newspapers, 151.
Four devices operate in Donetsk: on the street. Artema, 130; Leninsky Avenue, 11b; Leninsky Avenue, 148; Ilich Avenue from the 19th century.
You can also use an ATM in Makeevka at 250 Let Donbassa Avenue, 78.
