When it comes to calls via instant messengers, the mechanism of interaction between telecom operators and the owners of social networks, managers and various applications, where these resources use a phone number as a user identifier, is important. It is assumed that for those messengers that are discovered as a result of checking the reliability of numbers together with telecom operators, measures may be taken to prohibit voice calls made through them in our country.
