Kyrgyz commercial banks have resumed money transfers to and from Russia. This was reported by the press services of the credit institutions.

RSK-Bank, one of the key players in the financial market of Kyrgyzstan, has resumed transfers through the Zolotaya Korona, Unistream, Astrasend and Contact systems. Kompanion and KSB (Kyrgyz-Swiss Bank) also started making transfers in rubles.

On June 13, nine commercial banks in Kyrgyzstan stopped making transfers to and from Russia. The banks explained the decision by the volatility of the foreign exchange market and exchange rate fluctuations.

On June 12, the United States imposed sanctions on the Moscow Stock Exchange, after which the site stopped trading in US dollars and euros.
