The American company Apple once again topped the ranking of the most valuable brands in the world. The appliance manufacturer Apple occupies this position for the third year in a row.

Last year, Apple became the first brand worth more than $1 trillion, according to the annual BrandZ Top 100 Most Valuable Global Brands report.
Compared to last year, the top five positions have not changed. Google remains in second place, its value increased by 30%, to 753.5 billion dollars. It is followed by the Microsoft brand, whose value amounted to 712.9 billion dollars (+42% year-on-year). The Amazon brand, with a value of 576.6 billion dollars (+23%), also occupies the fourth position; McDonald’s ($221.9 billion, +16% year-on-year) remains in fifth position.
The most significant jump was shown by the Nvidia brand, whose value almost tripled, up to $201.8 billion. During the year, the company rose 18 positions and took sixth place.
GPU developer capitalization is growing amid the artificial intelligence boom. In June, the company’s value reached $3 trillion, surpassing Apple in capitalization for the first time since 2002.
Also among the 10 most valuable brands are Visa, Facebook, Oracle and Tencent. The French fashion brand Louis Vuitton fell to 12th place, thus being left out of the top ten.
New brands to break into the top 100 were Canadian sportswear brand Lululemon ($20.6 billion, No. 92) and Chinese e-commerce service Pinduoduo ($20.4 billion, No. 94). The top 100 is completed by Mexican beer Corona (19 billion dollars).
The total value of one hundred brands included in the ranking increased by 20% during the year and amounted to about 8.3 billion dollars.
