The annual membership meeting was held on June 14. At the meeting they decided not to distribute the company’s net profit (almost 132 million rubles) and not to declare or pay dividends based on last year’s results.
According to the results of the previous two years, the company did not pay dividends. This spring, the group’s chief financial officer, Anna Germanova, reported that M.video-Eldorado plans to update its dividend policy. According to her, the discussion on this topic could take place at the end of 2024.
