Domklik Sbera has launched the short-term home rental service Domklik24, according to the credit institution in a statement.

Apartment owners and residential property managers will be able to list their properties on the site and manage reservations.
Currently, the service allows you to place apartments and apartments in Russia. In the future, Sber plans to add other types of facilities and expand the geography.
Individuals, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs (IE) can rent housing, but so far only natural persons can rent it. The commission is 5% of the homeowner’s income.
Domklik makes agreements between the owner and the guest, thus guaranteeing their safety. When booking, the renter makes a 100% prepayment directly on the platform. If there are problems upon arrival, the tenant will receive a replacement home or may obtain a refund.
The service offers 24/7 support for both the owner and the tenant.
