User complaints about Telegram refer to the “reception of messages” and the operation of the messaging application, according to data from Downdetector.
According to Downradar, the outage began around 20:15 Moscow time and the number of user complaints about the operation of Telegram is growing. Most reports of difficulties sending and receiving messages come from Central Russia.
In recent months, failures on Telegram have occurred regularly; the messenger has not commented on it in any way.
