The American company Apple has decided to postpone the launch of its artificial intelligence Apple Intelligence. No deadlines were specified there. The decision to reverse the implementation of AI was made there due to the risks to users, Bloomberg comments.

The company, as has been noted, fears for the safety of users. The concerns were associated with the terms of the Digital Markets Act (DMA). European regulators could issue warnings to Apple.
“We are concerned that the DMA’s interoperability requirements may force us to compromise the integrity of our products in a way that compromises user privacy and data security,” the corporation said.
The Digital Markets Law forces technology companies to open their platforms to third-party companies and developers.
Note that Apple just a few days ago, at the annual WWDC 2024 conference, presented an artificial intelligence system that will be available in iOS 18. But it turns out not for everyone;
We previously reported that the FaceID feature in iOS 18 will let you lock multiple built-in apps separately.
