Artem Zdunov also emphasized that the pharmacological activity of the new drug has been confirmed by scientific research and this opens new horizons in ensuring the country’s drug safety.
Alexander Gintsburg, director of the National Research Center for Epidemiology and Microbiology, previously named after NF Gamaleya, said that scientists at the center have taken the first step towards creating a universal vaccine against infectious diseases whose antigenic structure is rapidly changing, including coronavirus.
