Czech Home Credit has withdrawn from the capital of Home Credit Insurance, as indicated in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. Previously, Sovcombank, which plans to buy Home Bank, said that home credit insurance is part of the perimeter of the deal.

As follows from the data of the Kontur.Focus service, as of June 24, 2024, 49.5% of Home Credit Insurance LLC was transferred to the Georgian citizen Avigdor Yardeni. In 2022, he received about 1% in HKF Bank LLC (operating under the Home Bank brand), in Home Credit Insurance LLC and in the microcredit company Buy Do n’t Save.
The remaining 50.5% of the capital of Home Credit Insurance is retained by Home Credit and Finance Bank LLC, according to data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
In winter, Sovcombank announced plans to acquire Home Bank. The deal is expected to close by the end of 2024.
