According to the IaaSSaSPaaS agency, ER-Telecom “will be able to give new life to Roomy RPA robots”, which currently occupy only about 1% of the market. According to their estimates, the amount of the transaction could amount to one or two annual revenues, that is, between 6 and 12 million rubles.
Experts affirm that after the purchase in 2022, “there was no development of the project.” At the same time, they emphasize that there are enough mature solutions on the market and it will not be easy to compete.
According to SPARK-Interfax, Rumi LLC’s revenue in 2022 and 2023 amounted to 4 million and 6.5 million rubles, with net losses of 20 million and 83 million rubles, respectively.
ER-Telecom Holding provides broadband Internet access services, telephony, digital TV, Wi-Fi network access, VPN, LoRaWAN, video surveillance and integrated solutions based on industrial Internet of Things technologies. The telecommunications company is the second largest operator in the broadband Internet segment in Russia, after Rostelecom.
