The problem turned out to be that for users of computers with version 22H2 and 23H2 of Windows 11 installed, a particular bug led to “endless reboots” due to which the computers could no longer be used. However, it is not yet possible to fix the error, and it is not clear whether it is possible to revert to the previous version.
So Microsoft admitted the bug and stopped distributing it, but there is no way out of the situation. According to advisors on Windows support blog, the error may be caused by the use of virtual machines and nested virtualization using CloudPC, DevBox, Azure Virtual Desktop.
However, this does not explain much because Windows 11 Home users also complained about the constant rebooting of the operating system.
Users can only wait for an update that includes a bug fix and the opportunity to install it.
