The Russian developer of robotic systems Technored will open a new production plant with an investment of 1.5 billion rubles. One of the key objectives of the project is to increase the localization of production to reduce dependence on imported components.

Russian robotics developer Technored is to open a new production facility in Moscow, the company’s press service told RB.RU.
The launch of the production complex will enable Technored to increase its production capacity to 1.5 thousand units per year by 2025 and to 12 thousand units by 2030.
“One of the key objectives of the project is the planned increase in localization of production to 90% by 2027, which will reduce dependence on imported components and strengthen the company’s position in the market,” Technored noted.
The company estimated investments for the start of production at 1.5 billion rubles, including own funds, grants and subsidies.
Technored develops and produces unified robotic systems for industry, components and software for them.
