According to the organization, the company is registered in Kazakhstan under the name FIX PRICE GROUP PLC. It also notes that the listing on the Moscow Stock Exchange will be maintained.

At the same time, Fixed Price receipts began trading on the Astana Stock Exchange (AIX).
At the end of 2023, the company received revenues of 291.9 billion rubles, and net profit according to IFRS amounted to 35.7 billion rubles.
