The Moscow Department of Transport has announced the development of a new sensor for car sharing, which will be equipped with automatic engines.
Delimobil and the research center “NAMI” are also working on this project. They are an authorized sensor that will independently limit the speed of the car when exceeding authority.
Pilot testing of the device will take place within the framework of the experimental-legal regime (ELR) in several stages together with Delimobil.
We are using additional methods to provide emergency assistance to carsharing. Together with the carsharing operator and FSUE “NAMI” we are developing a project that will prevent the most common traffic violation among users.
In case of exceeding the speed limit, a special limiter will smoothly slow down the car to the speed limit allowed in the given section. The electric scooter service already works on the same principle.

The EPR is currently being coordinated with the relevant authorities. Then experienced drivers will begin testing special vehicles at testing grounds, and then in the city.
The pilot project will last for 1 year. [Дептранс Москвы]
