The Vintorog video game development studio has raised 12 million rubles, a company representative told RB.RU about this.

The company will use the funds to develop new gaming products. They will focus on the Russian and foreign markets.

Vintorog plans to finance products in exchange for a share of the profits and will act as a publisher. In addition, the developer will provide a service for porting games to other platforms.

The company was invested in by a business angel, the general director of North-Western Pipe Company, Ivan Eliseev. According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, the deal was closed on May 30, 2024, and Eliseev received 6% of the company’s capital. The closing of the current round will take place within the framework of raising 50 million rubles of investment.

Vintorog’s portfolio already includes mobile, web, VR and cross-platform games. The studio was founded in 2023 by people from IThub Group and the Higher School of Economics of the National Research University Alexander Kishchinsky and Denis Pozdnyakov. Both of them own 39.95% of the company’s shares.
