According to Rosneft IT department director Dmitry Lomilin, the project aims to create a technology platform with integrated services for the development and monitoring of modern applications using its own software and open source. The implementation of the ECPC is also aimed at strengthening the technological sovereignty of the company and the country, reducing external dependence and ensuring reliable operation of the IT system.
The platform is a complex system that combines data and models, allowing users to upload and analyze different types of information. Lomilin noted that ECPC has already implemented prototypes of artificial intelligence and machine vision tools that improve safety and optimize construction processes.
