HnA recently shared tracks like “Sayonara, Mata Itsuka!” “PEACEKEEPER” STEREO DIVE FOUNDATION, which is owned by Kenshi Yonezu and Sony Music Japan. The company has filed two DMCA subpoenas in California federal court against the websites hikarinoakari.com and hnadownloads.co. The subpoenas are intended to find the identities, IP addresses, and payment information of the people behind these sites.

Sony’s actions follow attempts to contact HnA directly to submit content removal requests. While some of the infringing URLs have been removed, many remain active, including content on dedicated HnA forums and Discord.

HnA continues to operate for now.
