SDEK co-founder Leonid Goldort has sold his stake in the company. It was bought by the management company Modern Real Estate Funds; the amount of the transaction was not disclosed to the parties. Goldort and his partner founded SDEK in 2000; by 2023, the company’s network included more than 4.3 thousand pick-up points in 31 countries.

The management company Modern Real Estate Funds bought a stake in the company from SDEK co-founder Leonid Goldort, Vedomosti reported on this; the fact of the transaction was confirmed by Goldort himself.

The parties to the transaction did not disclose the amount. According to the newspaper, the management company SFN now controls SDEK: it holds 55.44% of the company’s capital. The details of the transaction have not yet been reflected in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.

Leonid Goldort and Vyacheslav Piksaev founded SDEK in 2000. By 2023, the company’s network included 4.3 thousand pick-up points in 31 countries.

It was previously reported that Goldort has begun looking for a buyer for its SDEK assets in connection with its upcoming departure to Israel.
