Back in June, it was reported that the One UI 6.1.1 update would improve camera performance in open environments. This update is expected to be announced at the Unpacked event at the Louvre in Paris on July 10.

Popular leakster IceUniverse has revealed that the August update for the Galaxy S24 Ultra will bring a number of camera improvements.

Expect HDR optimizations, reduced overprocessing and overexposure, improved white balance, and optimizations for faces and zoom in video shooting.

However, according to the source, the update will not affect telephoto and night modes at magnifications above 10x. We hope that all optimizations will be completed in August and the update will be released on time.
