Choose hot drinks. A hot drink will cool you down faster than ice water. Eating spicy curry will cool your body down in the same way. However, coffee or tea is not the best drink to choose. Like alcohol, caffeine can increase your body’s metabolic rate, causing it to produce more heat. Caffeine also works as a diuretic. It is better to brew hot mint tea.

Create a light breeze. It is important to ventilate as much of your body as possible, and a fan will not help in this case. Consider using a non-electric handheld fan or opening windows to create natural airflow.
