Yandex has released the fifth episode of the “Anthology of Technologies”. This is a series about neural networks, ML models and Yandex Taxi algorithms.
The project tells about programs that allow to support most people who seek help within a few minutes. The new series was voiced by actress Liza Arzamasova.
As the company notes, about 1.5 million requests from passengers and service partners are received weekly for support. The new series includes technologies that can navigate the most complicated requests and call the right specialists to answer them.
Yandex drew special attention to the fact that artificial intelligence is being used in many enterprises, and most people do not even suspect it.
