It was initially rejected by Apple in June due to a “bad experience”, but thanks to support from the AltStore team and significant contributions from another developer to the QEMU TCTI implementation, the app was successfully redesigned and approved.
Available for free on the App Store, UTM SE does not include operating systems, but does offer links to the UTM website for tutorials and pre-built virtual machines. The emulator supports VGA mode for working with graphics and terminal mode for working with text operating systems, emulating x86, PPC, and RISC-V architectures.
