Sberbank has filed a petition for bankruptcy in the Moscow Arbitration Court for the legal entity Panklub JSC. This structure owns the franchise of the international company selling Pandora jewelry. In 2023, Sberbank plans to rename the stores to Pan Club, the media wrote.

On July 15, the Moscow Arbitration Court received a request demanding the recognition of Panklub JSC as bankrupt, as follows from the case file. No other information, including the amount of the debt, is disclosed.
In 2022, Pandora was among the companies that decided to suspend business in Russia due to the outbreak of hostilities in Ukraine.
Since 2015, Sberbank has been the owner of the company.
In 2023, Panclub attempted to recover 8.84 billion rubles from Cypriot Panclub Enterprises Ltd (sole shareholder), controlled by Sberbank, through the courts.
In May 2024, Sberbank filed two claims against Panclub Enterprises Limited and Svyaznoy (Panclub was part of the group until 2015) for the amount of about 9 billion rubles.
