Ultimate Capital has acquired the native advertising platform on Telegram, Telega.in. Representatives of the company informed RB.RU about this. They did not disclose the amount of the transaction, only saying that the fund bought 100%.

Telega.in was founded in 2016 by the Mirafox holding. The advertising placement process is fully automated and complies with the requirements of advertising labeling legislation. Among the platform’s large client companies are Re:store, Ozon, MTS, Golden Apple, SberMegaMarket, Litres, Sovcombank and others.
In 2024, Telega.in plans to increase the total volume of advertising budgets to more than 1.5 billion rubles – in the first half of the year, the figure exceeded 650 million rubles;
Leonid Delitsyn, an analyst at Finam Financial Group, estimated the deal to acquire 100% of the service at 130-240 million rubles, based on the audience coverage and revenue estimates of the project.
By the end of 2024, according to ABA forecasts, the official native advertising market on Telegram could reach 10.4 billion rubles with a year-on-year increase of 38%. Experts suggest that the native placement market on Messenger will grow by 40% annually over the next three years.
Ultimate Capital is known in the market as an investor in Whoosh and Skillbox.
