Rostelecom reported an increase in the number of complaints from subscribers about the quality of YouTube in Russia. In particular, users complained about problems with viewing HD and 4K videos.
As reported earlier, Rostelecom’s technical service began recording requests for YouTube video download quality, especially in high-definition formats (HD, 4K). An increase in the number of requests to the company’s technical support service with complaints about the quality of YouTube’s work was also noted.
