Apple may release an iPhone with 2 TB of memory in 2026, TrendForce analysts report.
This will be possible thanks to the transition to four-level QLC memory, containing four bits per cell. The new technology will allow increasing the capacity without changing the physical volume of memory.
The exact timing of the new memory restoration is not reported, so both the iPhone 17 and iPhone 18 may receive it.
