13% believe that it is not worth applying for a job in a company if the recruiter avoids answering about the salary, offers “grey” salaries or the salary is lower than that indicated in the vacancy. For 8% of applicants, the absence of a salary, payment according to KPI or “unlimited income” are unacceptable.
Another 8% are outraged by the rude and disrespectful attitude, arrogance, slang in speech and familiarity of the company representative.
Seven percent are put off by the feeling of ambiguity and underestimation in a conversation when the HR person is unable or unwilling to answer a direct question. The same number of respondents pay attention to phrases about overtime and irregular hours. And 6 percent are annoyed by personal questions, for example about age, marital status or whether there are children.
Every 20th applicant during an interview is alarmed by promises of “mountains of gold”, another 5% is alarmed by the lack of a clear description of responsibilities.
Applicants admit that during interviews they feel tense with the phrases “we are a family”, “a young and friendly team”, “everything is fine in the company, our company is the best”, the model question “Where do you see yourself?” in N years?
Russians are still irritated by requests to name their positive and negative qualities, evaluate their resistance to stress and the work of their former colleagues.
